TERMS OF SERVICE

i. GENERAL TERMS♱ Please provide as much detail as possible - with images and references being most preferred.
♱ Unless otherwise discussed, the final piece is for personal, non-commercial use.
♱ Final product will be sent via email or a link to a drive and no physical version of the product will be mailed.
♱ It is the customer’s responsibility to download an offline copy for themselves to keep.
♱ Please let me know if you have a deadline for the piece you're commissioning, rush orders can be discussed.ii. PAYMENT♱ Upfront payment OR 50% upfront, 50% after first initial sketch (WIP).
♱ No progress will be made made until payment is made of either form above.
♱ Payment methods via PayPal or Square in USD.iii. PROCESS♱ WIPS of each process in the commission will be sent to the client before proceeding, and if requested by the client.
E.g. Sketch > Changes/Feedback > Rendered Piece
♱ Timeline of the commission is determined on my real life commitments (work, health, etc.)
♱ Additionally, the order of commissions will determine how fast I can finish yours.
♱ Should your commission need more time due to the above, I will update you ASAP.
♱ Requesting a change to a commission more than 2 times will incur in an extra $10 USD charge each time after that.iv. COPYRIGHT AND AI USAGE♱ I may continue to post and feature the final commission on social media, in portfolios, and other related forms of marketing and advertisement.
♱ If desired, the customer may pay an additional non-disclosure fee (20% of the total commission price) to keep WIPs offline and private. As progress shots are often used to advertise my services, this NDA fee compensates for lost marketing.
♱ Unless stated otherwise or communicated with me, all commissions are for personal use. Commercial use rights will incur a 100% fee on top of the total commission price.
♱ Reproductions or alterations of the final piece for monetary purposes such as, but not exclusive to, merchandise, NFTs, blockchain and/or crypto, AI work or AI data training or resale are NOT permitted.Violation of this will lead to a permanent blacklist for future pieces and loss of rights to artwork.v. CANCELLING / REFUND POLICY♱ 50% of the upfront payment is non-refundable if you decide to cancel the commission once I have started work on it.
♱ If paid full price upfront, I will refund you the percentage of work I have not completed as of that moment.
♱ I will not administer any refunds after a work is completed and sent to you.
♱ I will not administer any refunds if you have not saved an offline copy of the commission.Attempted chargebacks without discussion at any point will be noted as a violation of TOS, and will lead to an immediate and permanent blacklist.
